Sometimes a little more space gives a lot in return. We often design compact dwellings – and we know that some families need and can afford a little more space. This house is significantly more compact than the typical new American home being built today – yet its efficient layout provides a lot of livability. It’s designed for energy efficiency, comfort, and durability. It can hold enough solar panels to make “Zero Net Energy” attainable. It has clean, simple, lines and a classic look that has stood the test of time. Its open ground floor plan helps give a feeling of “wide open spaces."
